Slash Creek is yet another successful partnership with The Wadsten Group. This new community in Hatteras, North Carolina had been completed, but there were few prospective buyers on the horizon.

A campaign consisting of digital and traditional media that focused on Slash Creek’s Outer Banks location, pricing, and amenities including a boat slip with each condominium were just a few of the components used to generate interest. Sales began and Slash Creek sold out despite a depressed real estate market.
